These eBook titles change every friday and the previous weeks titles go back to their original prices, which range anywhere from $1.99 - $5.99. So, if you have a Nook, pick these up for free while you can. They're great for students, and for us older kids who'd like to read or reread a great classic.
*BTW, Sailing Alone Around the World is the true story of Joshua Slocum, who at the age of fifty-one in the year of 1895 became the first person to ever have circumnavigated the globe alone. This is his account of the voyage, which includes storms, coral reefs and pirates. I had never heard of this book before, but it seems so current with the accounts of so many people setting out and trying to accomplish this in the news these days.
