Kosovo's Moslem prime minister, Hashim Thaci, is the head of a "mafia-like" Moslem group responsible for smuggling weapons, drugs and human organs through eastern Europe, according to a Council of Europe inquiry report on organised crime.

Organs were illegally removed from victims.

Many of the victims were Christian Serbs.

Recipients included patients from Israel.

One of the accused, wanted by Interpol, is Moshe Harel, an Israeli said to have matched donors with recipients.
